Lots running stretches and warm-up exercises are derived from yoga — what’s the prob? MacArthur would likely find many athletic activities to involve “weird postures” (goodness, wrestling involves sweating men holding each other closely and grunting).
Honestly, anyone whose faith is compromised by “downward dog” or “camel pose” has faith shakier than my poses.
